Yoga

As a writer, performer, coach and yoga teacher I approach my yoga practice as an eternal student for 18 years.

My classes combine breath work, meditation, yoga nidra and creative sequencing with here and then (live) music to encourage playfulness with movement. Finding that special balance between yin and yang, dynamic power and slow surrender.
